DELIVERY & Returns POLICY

 

RETURNS

  • Sunstar reserves the right to refuse returns. 
  • Sunstar will only accept opened boxes if there is a proven product fault. 
  • For stock returns please contact your sales rep to discuss.  The customer is to bear all associated shipping costs. 

DELIVERY

  • Pickup: Sunstar provides free pickup from Sunstar warehouses.  We endeavour to pack all orders by next business day.  Where customers require urgent pickup they should contact Sunstar to make suitable booking. 
  • Delivery ChargesSunstar provides delivery at cost via 3rd party logistics companies, or by prior agreement.  Customers should contact Sunstar for quotes prior to ordering. 
  • Dispatch: Once orders have departed the warehouse, Sunstar is no longer responsible for the goods.  Sunstar requires all customers to check orders immediately on delivery.  Any damage or issues should be reported to Sunstar immediately. 
  • Signature: Sunstar does not require signature by pickup person unless specifically requested by the customer.
